Q: What is your return policy?

A: We will refund the purchase price of any item, as long as the following criteria are met:

  2. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date.
  3. The serial number must match the item sold.
  4. All accessories such as manuals, power adapters, etc. must be returned along with the item(if applicable)
